The Property

The property we have is about 1 acre, with 100 feet of shore line. It isn't going to get featured in any magazines I don't think but it is, in our opinion, such a wonderful place to spend time. We enjoy a very unusual degree of flatness for Muskoka, so you won't break your neck mucking about at night.

Coming off the dock after a swim

In the fall, we take the table in, but this is a nice shot of the docks

This view of the lake is so burned into my head that I can see it whenever the cottage is mentioned.

There are no long stairs or steep slopes at our cottage. This is the entrance to the Master Bedroom ensuite bathroom.

A little perspective as to where we are

We leave two muskoka chairs on the dock (the red ones) but you are welcome to bring the grey ones down if you want to (as long as you put them back :0)

The dock is big enough for lots of people and the way the boat slip roof is allows for some shade on one or other of the docks during the day

The cottage is well surrounded by trees which helps to keep it cooler and you can usually find a place to sit in the shade if you want

The front deck is spacious and is a wonderful place to sit in the morning with a coffee

All around the dock the sand is firm and the water is clear!

The outdoor shower is a popular place to be outside on a hot night or after a hot tub
