This room is holds so many memories for us. Its where we all eat together (the banquette can fold open so that we can seat 18 people for Thanksgiving!) and where people have morning coffee on rainy days, as well as being the main games room as there are a whole bunch of different games stored under the seat at the end of the banquette.
The table is home-made from the boards of the dock that the kids learned to swim off of, and we made the light above the table from a tree we had to cut down.
There are so many windows in this room that it's almost a screened-in porch which is amazing for sleeping when in the Queen-sized Murphy bed. If it gets too hot (or cold), we turn on the heat pump for A/C or heat.
There are a LOT of books in the Muskoka room "library", including National Geographics dating back to 1926.
